How do I order hardware?

Click “Order” next to the product: the contact form opens with the product and quantity already filled in. Our team gets back to you to finalise the order.

Are prices excluding VAT?

Yes, all hardware prices are shown excluding VAT.

Do the QR codes always lead to my menu?

They point to WiicMenu, which redirects to the destination you chose: your menu, your website or your booking page. You can change it without reprinting the QR code.

What is an identifiable NFC review card for?

Each card belongs to a staff member. You see how many reviews and which average rating each of them gets, which helps you recognise your floor team.

Why does the table QR code price go down?

They are sold in sheets of 20, with volume pricing: €2.50 excl. VAT each for 20, down to €2.00 excl. VAT each from 80.
